We have a number of low cost solutions for home owners, builders, home contractors and kit home suppliers.

Option 1: Concept Plans Pack: $49.95 to $99.95 per Design Pack

This is basically a self-serve option where you buy direct from the website but you cannot add your details or logo/make changes, and it has a limited copyright to a one-time build.

 

Includes:

  • Concept / Preliminary Elevation Plans

  • Concept / Preliminary Floor Plan

  • Standard License - Copyright Release for building one time only

  • Order directly from website

  • Instant download in PDF Format

Option 2: Home Contractors Marketing Pack $295.00 each

(Pre designed no changes to plans)

Includes:

  • Builders Elevation Plans

  • Fully dimensioned floor plan

  • 3d Render of home for marketing

  • 2d Render of floor plan for marketing

  • Extended License - Copyright Release for unlimited building times + release to use on website and marketing

  • Order via email, we then forward you an invoice and send you the nominated plans  

  • Plans are sent in Word format and PDF Format

Option 3: Working Drawings $395.00 (Pre designed no changes to plans)

Our Pre designed Working Drawings Include:

  • Notes Page

  • Floor Plans

  • Bracing Plans

  • Tie –Down Plans

  • 4 Elevations plans

  • Section Plan

  • Electrical Plans

Option 4: Custom Design Pack $895 (Single Storey Homes Only)

Our Custom Working Drawings Include:

  • Use our design with your changes and ideas

  • Notes Page

  • Floor Plans

  • Bracing Plans

  • Tie –Down Plans

  • 4 Elevations plans

  • Section Plan

  • Electrical Plans

Here are our recommended combination packs:

Combo 1:  If you want a standard design of full working drawings with no changes that you wish to market on your website you choose the following:

  • Option 2 Marketing Pack 295 + Option 3 Working Drawings $395.00 = $690.00.

 

Combo 2 : If you want full working drawings with modifications and wish to market on your website you choose the following:

  • Option 2 Marketing Pack 295 + Option 4 Custom Working Drawings $895 = $1,190.00.

 

Other Optional Extras

  • Site Plans $250 – (you need to supply a survey plan before we can draw this plan)

  • BASIX Certificate / Energy Efficiency Assessment.  We can quote this for you.

  • Structural Engineering Design Check & Certification. We can quote this for you.

   This includes footing and foundation design; however, we need a soil test on the property  “Soil Report to be provided by client”.
