We will develop your ideas into a personalised floor plan and front elevation, prepared in either Metric or Feet & Inches.
This service is ideal for homeowners who want an affordable way to develop their ideas before committing to a complete construction drawing package.

This package covers homes up to approximately 2,500 sq ft / 230 m².

How It Works
Getting started is easy.
After ordering, simply send us your sketch, notes or ideas along with your main requirements, including the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, approximate house size, preferred architectural style, single or two-storey design and any special features you would like included.
Your sketch doesn't need to be professional.
A simple hand-drawn floor plan showing approximately where you would like the rooms can be enough to get the design process started.

This makes the service suitable for customers in both Australia and the United States, as well as other locations using either measurement system.
Local construction and approval requirements vary, so the consultation plans may need to be adapted by the appropriate professionals for your particular site and location.
What Is a Consultation Plan Set?
A Consultation Set — sometimes called a Builder's Set, Pricing Set, Preliminary Set or Review Set — is intended for the early stages of your project.
It gives you a professionally presented design that can be used for purposes such as discussing the project with builders, obtaining preliminary quotations, reviewing the layout with your family and developing the design before investing in detailed construction documentation.
It can be a much more economical way to work through your initial ideas.
Revisions Are Included
Your order includes up to 2 rounds of minor revisions.
After receiving the first draft, you can review the design and send us your requested changes.
Minor revisions can include changes to room dimensions, doors, windows and similar refinements.
Major alterations that substantially change the original brief, overall house size or more than
approximately 50% of the design may require an additional quotation.
We ask that revisions be completed within 30 days of receiving your initial design.
Need Full Construction Plans Later?
Once your concept has been finalised, you can enquire about taking the design to the next stage.
Depending on the project, more detailed documentation may include floor plans, elevations, sections, door and window schedules, electrical information, building notes and other construction details.
Site-specific items such as structural engineering, foundations, surveys, site plans, energy assessments, local authority approvals and professional certification may need to be arranged separately.
Important – Consultation Plans Only
This service provides a concept / consultation plan set and is not a permit-ready or construction-ready drawing package.
The plans do not include structural engineering, engineering calculations, detailed plumbing documentation, framing documentation, energy assessments, site plans, material lists, professional stamps or building certification unless separately agreed.
Before construction, the design should be reviewed and adapted for your particular property and all applicable local requirements.
