Our pod units feature an internal ceiling height of 2.25m.The minimum requirement for a standard building permit is 2.4m, which means:

However, there is a solution:
If the pod is mounted onto a trailer, it may be considered an expandable caravan or tiny house, which typically does not require a building permit.
